Has anyone had any luck lately? I am heading over this weekend to take my uncle fishing. Any preference on which lake to go to? I was going to go back to tippie. Had 4 follows in 9.5 hours there 3 weeks ago but no takers on the baits we were using.

Had three follows within the last 15 minutes that I was out the other day. I'll be out this weekend as well if you wanna get together. BTW....... I'm from Valpo  |

We boated a 36" Musky at Webster yesterday early before the winds started howling. Anyone else having luck lately it just seems slow. Can't wait for the sucker tourney!

glad to hear it roy. i got to webby yesterday but had a battery prob so i didnt fish much. i did see bill kope at the down under for dinner and they got a decent fish ansd lost another at the boat and had several up to the boat so it was a good day for them. this was all on webby too. but man the clarity still sucks..

Are the lakes and ramps still clear of ice I would like to come over one last time this weekend? Wanted to go to Barbee.

i have not been out yet, i still ned to do some work to my trailer, i need to stop procrastinating..lol but with the 50+ temps we are gonna have this week and with the swap next weekend im sure alot od boats will be in the parking lot at the north webster american legion at the start of the meeting/swap

ice has been off for a bit but I havent been out either I get cold hands quick since theve been frost bitten before but im getting out tomorrow after work and maybe couple days this week.cant wait!

Sounds like things are starting to pick up.
I've never fished at Webster. Thats a mighty long drive for me.
I do fish at Driftwood SFA and once in a while Ba** lake in the Greene-Sullivan state forest. Those are the neares't two muskie spots anywhere near here.
DNR did report the muskie activity to be picking up at Ba** Lake, and I've just gotten reports from Driftwood (Plover Pit) of several follows, and a few short fish being caught and released.
